BlockChain array formulation of ProfiTreee's Value-Units

To create an blockchain array of Value-Units which will serve “ProfitTreee” values according to the group's manifest – cooperation and mutual-aid between many kinds of professions and abilities on the base of communality, for the ideal interest of prosper to all. The idea we want to establish is to provide to all who are interesting in the group's activities, the opportunity to be a part of a growing-up ProfiTreee community and support this idea by sharing ProfiTreee value units, as a promising investment in the Group.

 

 

 

Communality conferences and “Net Mall”

 

ProfiTreee group will provide any people who want to share their skills and professional abilities with others and to be a member in a community or a supporter, the opportunity to meet together and exchange thoughts and ideas for the purpose of evolvement and prosperity. This idea have 2 aims: first and simple – to amplify the ability of livelihood leading by the communality force, and second – to generate a brain storming between many kind of professions and skills for developing good ideas to become start-ups, and support them through ProfiTreee. We believe that the amount of sharing ProfiTreee value units, and their value itself, will increase as a parallel response to those activities.

On the practical manner, those meetings will take place at a conference hall which belong to one of our ProfiTreee members every week or two, and that will lead to use the internet abilities to build a website, or using a chat app, or both, that will help to create a good communication between ProfiTreee's community members and between ProfiTreee “directors” to all members and supporters. The ProfiTreee web community platform is intended to be design as a “Mall”: ProfiTreee as the general comprehensive community room - “management office”, which include all kind of rooms bellow it - “stores”, as a net of sub-communities of any kind of profession, start-up teams, and even trades-market room.

 

 

Commonality and “Linkism”

 

More then all above, we're happy to emphasize the fact that on the long chain of communality ProfiTreee is a member in Adsactly community, and by developing this idea and the ProfiTreee blockchain value-units, we have a direct target to fortify the adsactly community through our projects, as a part of Adsactly community. The essence of actually getting support from Adsactly makes a partnership between us, simultaneously - as a members at the same community and as a cooperation between communities. Our target is follow by an added-value since ProfiTreee group is going to be involved with community developing projects. We see the new age as a communities linked together as a developing social matrix – communities beside communities and communities within communities. ProfiTreee is a sub-community inside Adsactly community that intend to develop sub-communities within ProfiTreee, that in their turn will be actually a sub-communities of adsactly on this communality matrix. The all idea of communality is eventually not just local but completely international. This is a global thing as much it is a local thing! And we can be proud to become the persons who will deal with this great idea creatively and at the right time of age.

 

We believe that commonality is one of the main subjects at the present age, and it makes us all desire to be “linked” again to each-other through a communality way. Our chairman Mr' Pelly come with an idealistic idea which identify the present human-age with a growing up hunger to adopt more and more commonality factors. It began with the “link” factor on the internet (Once upon a time...) which literally become part of our life, and with the (so-much) fundamentally individual nature of the postmodern age which made us all “lonely” (more or less). This hunger for communality is a perfect opportunity for developing an idea of “Linkism” idiology (longer explanation will come in separate if needed) to a real practice of commonality projects to be develop to success easily cause of this hunger that lead people to except the idea of being part of communities which there they can reflect themselves and gain a good cooperations for self developing.

 

At this point, for helping achieving this all idea to be carried out, we will appreciate an effective professional support from Adsactly community for developing the ProfiTreee blockchain value-units as soon as possible.

 

 

 

Practical sharing of value units:

 

Max amount of blockchain units: 200,000,000

 

First issue amount of units (all-over) at initial stage: 2,000,000

 

Amount of units for early distribution: 2,000,000

 

Valuation formula of the initial value of one ProfiTreee unit at the time of initial issue (BTC): first amount of issue divided by ProfiTreee all-over funds and assets actually exist (capital in BTC).

Modus operanti (way of action) at the time of initial stage:

 

At the time of initial issue, ProfiTreee will distribute a certain quantity of Value-Units that will divided as a bonus among all the founders members of the group (plus special cases like Adsactly), so each founder will be granted a certain amount of Value-Units out of the all-over first issue quantity issued in the initial stage. The remaining quantity of the first issue value-Units will be distributed to external supporter/contributor according to their desirable contribution extent.

 

Note: because of legal issues, any kind of investment is consider as a contribution founding (similar to “Crowed-Founding” idea).

 

 

Modus operanti from middle of initial stage period to after it, for the long term:

 

The rest of the ProfiTreee first issue value-units quantity are intended to be supplied to any persons who have interest in the group and want to be one of the first investors in ProfiTreee operations as a donator\supporter. From this stage, anyone who's getting ProfiTreee value-units can be potentially one of 3 kinds of “investors”: A Donator/Supporter; A Community member/Contributor; Linker/Multi-community member; executive/Ambassador.

Nature of “investors” types:

​

1. Supporter/Donator – anyone who acquire any quantity of ProfiTreee value-Units is a supporter/donator. As a supporter/donator he shall receive any amount of Value-Units he desire according to his donation extent and the present unit value at the time of his donation.

The Group will use the donation funds for increasing existing or adding new investments, and for evolving & developing community projects such as the basic one which explained above. Any donator can take part at the weekly professional meetings and can also use the profitreee internet platform and be part of the Profitreee community's chat-rooms.

 

1. Community member/Contributor – anyone who desire to join ProfiTreee as a community member/contributor can do so by donate enough to get a predefined minimum quantity of unites (to be calculated) that entitle him to be a community member. Any donator can progress to be a community member if he will increase his initial quantity of units to the predefined minimum quantity of units need to become a community member.

Beside the Value-Units community member owns, this title also grants him with special rights: As a community member he's entitled to join the ProfiTreee community activities such as: participate in seminars, getting a support and advices that required for investments actions, including exposure of the group's investment portfolio and sharing tips for investment recommended by the group. Through this educational benefits, a community member can reach the level where he will be proficient in investing independently, while having at the same time the rights to receive the internal group's investments tips.

Executive/Ambassador - The joining of a new member to the group will be determined mainly according to the profession or personal skills of any person, as an added-value he can bring to ProfiTreee management as an important assistance and developments, and can reflect it successfully in a certain period of time called “candidacy period” (In other words, a person's ability to contribute to the group by his skills). The parameter of a person skills is consider to be more important than his financial ability for the donation he need to make for the certain quantity of units he require to have, to become a group member. Nobody can buy a position of a group member just because he have financial ability to pay. Also, this person is consider to be a candidate group member till the end of his candidacy period. If after this period he still can't reflect his abilities as a successful assistance to the group, the group members can decide not to except him as a member after all, and he will stay with the title of “Community member”. However, the level of joining the group in terms of the purchase of the Value-Units is much higher than joining ProfiTreee as a "community member". The group members will determine the amount of the donation for joining the group, but don't have to demand the full sum of donation from advance and just ask for a quantity sum like a community member, when instead the candidate will require to prove his skills through a successful assistance for the group within a predetermined of candidacy period. If it will be decided to except the candidate to the group as a member, the group members will calculate whether he need to pay a lower sum of donation than the "default" quantity, or would have to pay the full “default” sum.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: For the avoidance of doubt, members of the group who have joined up to this moment, are considered Founders that will stay with the voting rights consider all the issues that dealing with the future of the group investments and future projects.

Each Founder is awarded a certain quantity of Value-Units equal to the "default" sum.

 

Note: The proposed structure that introduced the 3 ProfiTreee “investors” types can be practice only after the establishment of ProfiTreee Value-Units, because only then this array can be technologically and financially sustains itself in relation to the assets and total capital of the group, and all kind of “investors” including group members and founders.

 

Note: The value of ProfiTreee units will be vary according to the size of the cumulative group capital in relation to the investments and projects success degree. It is important to emphasize that as more units ProfiTreee will supply to all kind of “donators”, will lead to greater group's investments and assets, that lead in his turn to a better valuable chance the value of the ProfiTreee value-units can be.

It should be noted that units value can increase also in parallel with the level of any Contributes taking place by any community member through ProfiTreee frame system, either by donations or by any successful projects.

If the community members will focus their private investments on the same factors in which the Group invests, it will increase the possibility of these investments to become more successful. As a result of this attitude ProfiTreee capital should increase, and can obviously lead simultaneously to a reaction which the Group's value increases, together with the value of ProfiTreee Value-Units.
